Healthy Summer Snacks to Fill Your Cooler

I don't know about you, but I love to enjoy the summer weather. Summers in Wisconsin are very short, but they are glorious.  I don't live near a beach, but I am lucky to live near several lakes. For my family, summer = boating. 

But you can't go boating (or to the pool or beach) without SNACKS! 

Here are my tips:

1. Start with veggies. Veggies are always refreshing on a hot day. 

2. Add a little something to nibble on. Nuts are great!

3. And maybe something sweet. Pamela's Lemon Shortbread Cookies are my current favorite. Yum, yum.

4. Don't forget to hydrate! My Hydro-Flask is a must-have for a day in the sun. This water bottle keeps my drinks cold for an unbelievable amount of hours.
