How To Stay Healthy During Cold & Flu Season

I used to be one of those people who got sick all the time. 

Once I adopted these practices that stopped on a dime!

Together they're more effective than separate, but if I had to choose only one I'd pick Vitamin D. 
1. Sleep! Go to bed girls! By 10:30 is best. 
2. Sugar. Eating refined sugar decreases your white blood cell count by 40% for 8 hours. 
3. Sweat! Exercise to stimulate your lymphatic system. 
4. Supplements. My favorites for immunity include Vit D, Probiotics and Essential Fatty Acids.
