Flu Shot Recipe - 1 Serving
Juice 2 Lemons and one 2 inch chunk of Ginger
Pour into a shot glass and top with a sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper.
These ingredients each have antimicrobial properties and help to alkalize the body.
For an extra boost (read: if you are desperate) you can also juice a clove of Garlic, or top with a few drops of Oregano Oil or Thieves Oil.
I can't tell you whether you should or should not get the flu shot. That choice is yours and yours alone. I only ask that you make an informed choice, and really look into what you will be putting directly into your body if you do.
A regular flu shot contains:
-Egg protein and avian contaminant viruses
-Formaldehyde (a carcinogen)
-Resin, Polysorbate 80, and Gelatin (known allergens)
-Mercury (in multi-dose vials)
-Triton X100 (detergent)
-H1N1 vaccine is included in a standard flu shot since 2010.
There are many studies which demonstrate that the flu shot is not an effective source of preventing the flu in healthy babies, children with asthma, adults, or the elderly.
If you must get a flu shot, at least ask for a mercury free dose. If you really do not want one, but have to get one to keep your job, there may be homeopathic remedies designed to help counter act the negative effects of the flu shot.
